PER4MAX REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment to Quality
At per4max, we stand behind the quality of our Swiss-engineered tennis training equipment. We're confident you'll love your products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.
Return Window
You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date you received your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective products: Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Damaged items: Items that arrive damaged or broken
- Wrong item received: We sent you the incorrect product
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Original packaging: Item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached
- Unused condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- Proof of purchase: Include your order number or receipt with your return
- Complete return: All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your item qualifies for a return under our policy:
- Contact us first: Email us at n.a@per-4-max.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide details: Include your order number, photos of the defect or damage (if applicable), and reason for return
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- Receive instructions: If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions and address
⚠️ Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product
- Shipping method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over CHF 100
- Risk of loss: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days
- Notification: You'll receive an email confirming receipt and approval/rejection of your return
- Refund processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
- Return your original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive a refund for the original purchase
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
- Contact us immediately: Email n.a@per-4-max.com with photos of the defect or damage within 7 days of delivery
- Approval: We'll review your case and approve a return if the claim is valid
- Free return shipping: We'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
- Replacement or refund: You can choose a replacement product or full refund including original shipping costs
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product:
- Contact us at n.a@per-4-max.com immediately
- We'll arrange for free return shipping
- We'll send you the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at n.a@per-4-max.com
Non-Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
- Refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
You have two options:
Option 1 - Reship:
We can reship your order, but you'll be responsible for the new shipping costs.
Option 2 - Refund:
We'll issue a refund minus:
- Original shipping costs
- Payment processing fees (typically 2-3%)
- CHF 15 administrative fee
Sale Items & Promotions
- Sale items: May be subject to different return policies. Check product page for details.
- Promotional items: Free gifts or promotional items included with purchases must be returned along with the main product for a full refund.
Future Products
As we expand our product line, specific items may have unique return policies due to customization, hygiene, or other factors. Any special conditions will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
